OddCameras.com Revue 400 EF
The
Revue 400 EF is obviously a Yashica 35 MF without self-timer. It was
launched in 1977. Revue often branded cameras from reknown producers.
It is an automatic mid-range 35mm camera for 24x36mm film
format. There is very little information about the Revue model. As
there are quite some offers second hand, it seems to age well.
The camera is easy to handle, exposure is completely automatic. Its main features are:
38mm F 2.8 lens, F2.8 -F16, min. focus 1m
Shutter: automatc, combined speed/apertue from 1/60 and F2.8 to 1/250 and F16
Size 140 x 83 x 53 mm, Weight 370 gr,
Film speed ISO 25-500, built-in flash

back. Viewer and advance lever. Battery comparment for camera system,
takes one LR44 battery of 1.5v. The original mercury battery od 1.3v is
no longer available.

from above. Flash ready lamp, shutter release with cable releas socket
and film advance lever. Hardly visible: film counter window,. Distance
setting via symbols on the lens barrel.
